Gasbarre would like to congratulate Mike Harrison and Anwelli Okpue of our Thermal Processing Systems division for their recent graduation from the Y.E.S.Management Training Program. YES is a 10 month program where 30+ MTI Member owners, executives, and managers of “all” ages attend 4 training sessions. Throughout the 4 sessions the students focus and learn on building high-performing teams, systems management, leadership and dealing with change in business in addition to receiving interactive training on emotional intelligence in the workplace and people skills. The students must complete the Heat Treat Technical Specialist Certificate Program on the MTI Online Academy,as well as the Keys to Supervisory Skills. We at Gasbarre very proud to have Mike and Anwelli on our team and we look forward to future Gasbarre employees following in their footsteps.
